So you might not be able to add another Great Dane into your home right now, well there are still plenty of ways to help!
Donation items: dog treats, toys, ID tags, blankets, dog beds, food, baby gates, grooming supplies, crate, exercise pen, postage stamps, collars, Gentle Leaders, leashes, heartworm meds, flea prevention meds, gift cards for pet stores, raffle items for fundraisers, and cash donations are always welcome as well.
Transport a dog.
Donate grooming for a dog at the local groomer.
Provide local vet offices with information about rescue.
Volunteer at local Meet and Greet Days to help educate people about adoption & rescue.
Walk dogs being boarded at local kennels/vets offices.
Volunteer to organize or assist in organization of local fundraisers.
Donate the use of a digital camera or scanner for pictures of dogs.
Donate your time to photo graph events and available dogs.
Drive a dog to and from a vet appointment.
Provide a shoulder to cry on when the local rescue person is overwhelmed.
Pay the boarding fees to board a dog for a week or two weeks?
Host rescue photos with a link to the rescue website on your website.
Have a yard sale or bake sale and donate the proceeds to rescue.
Talk to all your friends about adopting or fostering rescue dogs.

Visit a local kennel that is boarding rescue dogs or a foster home once a week to socialize an orphan.

Go with a rescue person to the vet if a dog needs to be euthanized.
Go to local businesses and solicit donations for upcoming fundraisers.
